Returns & Exchanges

At Avryn Co., we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
